Bradford "Big Herb" Daniels, 52, was born April 24th, 1973 in Florence, Alabama to Herbert Ceil and Theworthy Daniels. He attended Lauderdale County Schools and later studied for, and received, his certification in Restaurant and Hotel Management. He worked for many years in the service industry before moving to Lake Charles, Lousiana to take on a management role, then later went on to work in the security/protection services.
Known by all as "Big Herb," Bradford was larger than life, not only in stature but in heart.
Whether he was behind the grill, or cracking jokes that left everyone in stitches, he had a way of making people feel welcomed, seen and loved. Even if he didn't quite know the lyrics to a song or rap, his energy would light up any room. He was a loyal friend, security and protector of all who needed him, and a man who carried joy and laughter everywhere he went. His greatest pride, above all, were his children and grandchildren. He had a life as big as he was and it was in the final year of his life that he began to seek a relationship with, and dedicate his life to the Lord, often posting scripture on his social media, attending church services, listening to his favorite pastor, Pastor Brian Johnson, teach and praying in his prayer closet twice daily.
He is lovingly remembered by his 4 oldest children: Brianna Wagnon (Cole), Bradley Lamar (Kristine), Chelsea Lamar (Marcell), and Christopher Daniels. He also leaves behind his fiancee, Renee Fruge, with whom he shared 5 years, and three children: Mila Rue, and twins Emeri Grace and Haven Bradford Levi.
