Miss Dorothy Bell, age 91, passed away on October 17, 2026, in a local care center.

 Dorothy was born on August 13, 1935, in Elton, LA to Henry and Clara LeBlanc Bell .

 Dorothy is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Clara LeBlanc Bell; sisters, Melva LeBleu and Eula Mae Meche and a brother, Henry Bell, Jr. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 10 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church. A Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 AM, led by the Catholic Daughters, Court 1506. 

Services for Miss Dorothy will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11 AM at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church with Father Nathan Long officiating.

 Dorothy was a member of St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court 1506. She worked in the banking industry for over 40 years. She will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit and willingness to help anyone she encountered.
