His family would like for friends to join them in celebration of his life at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Franks name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research hospital at stjude.org/donate.
