Monica Williamson Wix

Monica Williamson Wix, 49 of Lake Charles, died on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at a local hospital.  She was born on December 21, 1972, in Lake Charles to Janet and John Williamson.

Monica was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family.  She loved spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 31 years, Eric James Wix, Sr.; one son, Eric Wix, Jr.; 2 sisters, Angela Wilson, and Kimberly Williamson; one brother, John Williamson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Erica and Taylor Wix, and Dylan Smart; sister-in-law, Tina (Brian) Shillow; Daughters-in-law, Brianna Wix and Amy Strother.
